Everyday the universe leaves me in awe

On the contrary. It made me feel genuinely wonderful that I am part of something so vast and so beautiful, and that I don’t have to matter because there is no way anything I do will change the near-infinite stars and the apparently endless blackness they hang in. This is amazing. I’ve never felt so peaceful as I do looking at the universe and understanding how utterly, utterly insignificant we all are.
I think “small” is the wrong word. I was awestruck.
